Decided to go with a full lift/replacement that comes with a warranty. ANR comes highly recommended by my general contractor. I had a great experience with ANR. Everything went just as expected. They were good with cleaning up at the end of the day (everyday). They went beyond what I thought needed/had to get repaired and fixed; great job overall.
